What I Eat In A Day | Plant Based

Happy 2020 fam! I’m so happy to be back. I took a well needed break over the holidays but I’m back to filming weekly videos. :) For my first video of the year, I wanted to share a “what I eat in a day” because I have been really into health and wellness the past year or so. I eat mostly plant based but of course I have my cheat days at least once or twice a week. I also try and move my body daily which helps my mental health and of course how I feel overall.
