Postpartum weight loss vlog, episode 2! Today I'm sharing my experiences with plateaus and things that have worked for me in the past to break out of them :) I'm also sharing one of my most favorite breakfast recipes (thanks, Dad!) and one of the most amazing Keto desserts I've ever tried: Cashew Fudge!

P.S. I broke out of my plateau on Friday, YAHOO! :) Water and sleep worked for me! (Thank you, Ace, haha!)

RECIPES
Red Pepper Pesto Eggs
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Clove of Garic
- Handful of Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Pine Nuts
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Eggs, cooked however you prefer

Cashew Fudge

Recipe makes 18 servings (or you can cut them smaller)
136 calories per piece of fudge
- 3/4 cup Cashew Butter
- 3/4 cup Coconut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
